Brunelli Energy understands that heating your home can be a major expense, especially during the colder months. We proudly work with approved fuel assistance programs to help eligible customers receive home heating oil delivery. Brunelli Energy accepts approved fuel assistance through TVCCA Energy Assistance and Generation Power CT.
Brunelli Energy accepts approved fuel assistance through TVCCA Energy Assistance for eligible households in our service area.
TVCCA administers the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program in New London County and provides financial assistance toward household energy bills, emergency assistance for households that are shut off, about to be shut off, or out of fuel, and other energy-related services. TVCCA lists program offices in Norwich and New London and serves towns including Bozrah, Colchester, Franklin, Griswold, Groton, Jewett City, Lebanon, Ledyard, Lisbon, Montville, Norwich, Preston, Salem, Sprague, Stonington, Waterford, and others.

Generation Power CT Fuel Assistance
Brunelli Energy also accepts approved delivered fuel assistance through Generation Power CT, formerly known as Operation Fuel.
Generation Power CT offers delivered fuel assistance grants of up to $500 toward a future delivery for income-eligible households, with one delivered fuel assistance grant available in a 12-month period.
